Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

You may cancel your order by selecting the "Cancel Order" button on this page within 120 minutes of placing the order. After that time, we are unable to accommodate cancelation requests.


How does payment processing work?

When your order is placed, we put a temporary authorization hold for the full order amount on your card. Once your order ships, we will capture the charge and the temporary authorization will drop off within one or two business days, depending on your bank. The charge on your statement will show up as a charge from Brooks SP* Brooks ReStart.


Can I change my payment method?

We cannot change the payment method on an order once it has been placed.


How is sales tax calculated?

In accordance with state law, we’re required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to states in which Brooks ReStart has operations. Please note that some states and/or cities may charge state and local sales tax on order shipping fees, which is non-refundable.
